Yellow: The Optimist

You are seen as a delight to others, gleaming joy through your eyes. You may not be hopping around the room, (although it is not unlikely) but you have a fine sense of humor, always ready to make someone’s day brighter. Even if you are more introverted than others are, you are very adventurous in your thoughts, looking for ways to better yourself and have a more fulfilling life. With your luminous personality, you are able to easily understand the whole picture, making you much more intellectual than the other colors. As you strive for freedom in life, you tend to question many of your responsibilities as you feel they do not always serve a universal purpose. With this insight, you are able to express many of your thoughts in writing better than others, so if you have not started, you will be amazed how powerful your words can be.

For the Male: Your perfume is Allure Homme by Chanel. This scent starts off with a bold citrus blast, making you feel energized and giving you a subtle energy perceivable by others, yet not overdone by any means. This is one of the most unusual scents as it states its presence with a beginning of cool freshness, until it dries down into a beautiful woodsy aroma. It morphs into a peppery spice while maintaining a comforting balance with the essence of vanilla. Allure Homme is so much like you, inviting and lively while at the same time bringing classy and elegant touch that is very soothing in the midst of others. You can be guaranteed that if your natural persona already makes girls fall for you, your scent will tip the edge of others in attracting the one.

For the Female: Your Perfume is Theorema by Fendi. But beware, with the right skin chemistry, this fragrance pulls people to you like a social magnet while still holding to its’ elegant sophistication. It opens up with a light oriental feel, almost making you seem golden, as notes of cinnamon, amber and jasmine all melt together in an extraordinarily classy scent. Without a doubt, it mixes spot on with your personality, giving you more confidence and making others get the feel that you are a strong woman, a woman with direction and great strength in your decisions. However, Theorema by Fendi seems to balance this power with a sexiness of spices and the softest hint of vanilla perfection. If you can handle this fragrance, you will easily set the tone of stimulating and spicy (if you dare) interactions with anyone you meet.

Purple: The Mystery

To get a better idea of which perfume matches uniquely who you are, we have to search deeper into your interests and personality. To start off, lets examine the mysterious individual who loves dark hues of purple: You are a very spiritual person who has a high awareness of people's motives and thinking. You sometimes have the tendency to protect yourself from emotional harm as you can easily see the negative effects of a particular relationship you are in, friendship or romantic. However, this does not mean that you do not like to be affectionate, as those who like purple have the highest attraction for being close to another (you mostly keep this fact to yourself though). You like things to be done right, even if it takes longer than normal and you strive for richness in everything you create. You are boldly dignified and you have a profound royal aura in the presence of others, don't second-guess your impression on others.

For the Male: The perfume that was made for you is The Dreamer by Versace. Best flourishes with you during the coming of cooler temperatures, typically around November through February. Your perfume encompasses top notes of Juniper and Lily to eventually give way to a Tobacco and Amber concoction. At first, you might find the top notes a little too strong, but as long as you give your perfume some time, it will gladly reward you with a warm blanket of "dreamy" sexiness while still holding true to your sophistication. This perfume only satisfies those who are patient enough to wait for its beauty to emerge, typically 10-20 minutes on the skin. You can be sure that you will not be disappointed with this "dream".

For the Female: The perfume that was made for you is Ormonde woman by Ormonde Jayne. This perfume is unique for its mysterious dark top notes of black hemlock yet turns around with a sweet and subtle spicy finish. It is perfect for winter wear as it warms you up with an exotic Oriental base and wraps around you like a thick cozy drape of Violet and Jasmine. Ormonde Woman has a richness that enigmatically draws others near to give you a beauty of a lavender and amethyst seduction. But remember, it is only for those women who are drawn to the hues of that purple fantasy that are as beautiful as you.

Your Perfume?

Okay, so you might be wondering, "What is the best perfume that I can wear"? To answer this question, many people might type this into a search engine and get many of the same fragrances. Now, these might all smell fantastic, but they are probably not the fragrances that match who you are specifically. Hundreds of perfumes are launched each year, many that unfortunately smell a lot like the last, while the trend seems to go back to the same ones over and over. When people tend to buy perfumes for the first time, they generally pick those that they hear of the most, although this might be okay for some people, do you really want to smell like everyone else? When you wear a fragrance, do you not wear it to add that special something to present to others about who you are? This method of finding perfumes does not give you a unique identity, unless you are aiming for 'boring' or 'unoriginal'. As I just mentioned that so many new perfumes seem to smell alike and that people pick the same fragrances over and over, this does not mean that these are the only good perfumes out there. In fact, there are many excellent choices that happen to pass just shy of the popular selections. Unfortunately, they are often overlooked as people tend to purchase by word-of-mouth and get frustrated when they realize that 5 others are wearing the same fragrance as them. So, you must be wondering how you can choose the scent that fits exactly who you are and I am not here to give you a vague answer as you might always hear. I guarantee that when you find your scent, it will practically have your name on it through its smell.
